What is Chi Kung?
Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese esoteric energy exercise that utilizes breathing and visualization. While Tai Chi is good for relaxation, Master Ahn's Chi Kung is good for energizing. Tai Chi is Yin training; Master Ahn's Chi Kung is Yang training. The latter is often called Nai Kung, meaning internal power. Chi Kung is good for people who have low blood pressure and low energy, as well as for slightly overweight people who need a more vigorous form of exercise. The movements are simple. They are done in a standing posture with breathing and visualization.
