- What is Chi Body Work?
The primary purpose of CBW is to tune up, heal, align, and energize
the body. It is meant to increase and accumulate power in the body to prevent
future illnesses so that one can enjoy a healthy long life.
CBW releases old tension blocks and opens energy centers by manual manipulation. The important philosophy of CBW is to help the body return to its most natural healthy state, by removing old tensions and realigning misaligned
parts. One can then re-learn new habits to intuitively take care of the
body.
- Techniques
A combination of techniques will be taught. Techniques used are: Tai Chi massage, Shiatsu, Light and Deep Tissue work, and Structural Correction.
Master Ahn will demonstrate special corrective exercises for the correction
of natural posture and natural way of moving, tailored to each individual's need.
