Tai Chi Chuan The benefits of Tai Chi Chuan Classes are numerous, most notably good health and long life. Master Ahn emphasizes the best practices of the art for both health and martial application. Beginners and advanced practitioners of the Yang-style form are welcome. In addition to the solo form, push-hands (two person form) and weapon forms are offered in the studio's curriculum. |

Taoist Exercises The Ahn Tai Chi Studio offers a number of Taoist Exercises for internal well being. Taoist Meditation, Chi Kung, and Wu Chi Breathing enhance life-force (chi) and mental spirit. Master Ahn also offers Chi Body Work to alleviate pain and stress in the knees, back and other parts of the body through the removal of energy blockages. |
